Owner's Representative

As a supplement to our architectural design services, we assist and advise Owners in a more robust capacity as an Owner's Representative. This service goes beyond typical Project Management services for Owners with limited availability. Additional authority is granted by the Owner to filter communication, consolidate information and expedite decisions. Owners contract directly with consultants and contractors, but all communication and coordination is channeled through the Owner's Rep.
